According to Rzepa, women who came to Poland from Ukraine are actively looking for work, and the Polish market meets them.
The Żabka chain of stores announced the willingness to employ Ukrainian women. Recruitment offers also come from Kaufland and Lidl, which intends to launch 1,500 new jobs in stores and warehouses. The mentioned employers offer Polish language lessons to women.
Over time, Ukrainian women will move away from the physical work that is currently offered to them and in favor of professions matching their qualifications. After all, many of them are educated, specialists and managers.
I keep my fingers crossed for you, brave Girls!
P.S. English-speaking middle and senior managers from Ukraine, feel free to submit your application to us (link in the comment). Applications will be included in the recruitment processes we conduct.
