According to the Universum report “Employer Branding NOW”, it is not about adequate remuneration, flexible working hours, and well-being. These ingredients are absolutely fundamental for employees.
Employees want to understand what is the “inspiring goal” of the employer, i.e. the unique value and sense that the organization will bring to the life of the employee and society. And it resonates in recruitment interviews.
Covid forced employers to focus on the individual needs of employees in the “I” dimension. The step we are currently taking is to take care of the “world” dimension, i.e. the environment in which the employer operates, its impact on society and the environment, both locally and globally.
🔶 Despite the wave of layoffs and economic slowdown, 4 out of 5 companies report problems with talent employment.
