Diversity of perspectives
Episode #25

Diversity of perspectives

Interview with: Susanna Romantsova
Founder at DEI Consulting

We talk with Susanna about the one-dimensional perception of people, the fact that true diversity is hidden in relationships, as well as the importance of messages that reinforce the presence and importance of women’s role, and the impact this can have on the opposite sex, both men and those who do not understand the context boys.

Susanna Romantsova
Companies do not generate better results simply because of the presence of people who differ from us in the team in terms of culture, gender or age. The more diverse the team is, the richer the cognitive repertoire. And the cognitive richness comes from the experiences we have gained related to our identity, from the movies we watch, the music we listen to, being in different countries, in different relationships. And this cognitive wealth affects our perspective, the perspective affects creativity, and creativity translates into company results.
