Hybrid work at the zero hour

Interview with: Tina Sobocińska
HR Stategic Advisor at HR4future

With Tina Sobocińska, who is an undisputed expert in creating new work models, we talk about hybrid work at the zero hour, that is, the moment when we turn discussions on the most effective form of work into action by making an actual choice. Tina is a strategic HR consultant at HR4future, a long-term HR director in corporations, and a lecturer in Poland’s first postgraduate program on hybrid work and modern offices at SWPS and Warsaw School of Economics.

Tina Sobocińska
It all depends on how the company prepares the hybrid work model. Because the beauty of our world is such that there is no single recipe. It's not like you can copy a solution that will suit everyone. Hybrid work can be tailored to a specific company. Looking from the perspective of my own experience of working with various companies, I can see that this approach works very well when the management board sets a certain framework, and certain general rules, which are then adapted by managers to specific roles and to specific teams.
