How to effectively build a team?

Team building is not only the very idea of shaping positive bonds between employees, but also tools for this purpose. Although the end does not always justify the means, in this case it is worth reaching a little deeper into the purse. We have a whole range of possibilities at our disposal: integration events, trips or joint bonfires. However, they all seem to be fleeting and temporary. So how to maintain team integration in the long run?

It seems like a great idea to draw inspiration from hobbies that employees practice. Thanks to this, they will benefit from the release of endorphins, and moreover, they will get a topic to talk about for a long time.
