Equally, high-level and technical recruitment, are a considerable challenge. Both areas have one goal in common though, which is hiring the right candidate. However, each of them is based on a different process design. To what extent does the executive search process coincide with the recruitment process in IT? What are the best practices in each of them? What are the ways of reaching candidates, and communicating with them, and what are the most effective supporting tools?
