Is it worth to take care of candidate experience?

“I did not receive any feedback after completing the recruitment process”, “The consultant stopped answering phone calls from me”, “We made an appointment during the week, but there was silence” – these are the most frequent comments and opinions of candidates participating in the recruitment.

At the same time, every recruiting company beats its breast for feedback. It’s hard to know what the truth is. However, it puzzled us so strongly that we decided to conduct a candidate satisfaction survey. Satisfaction with the recruitment processes we have carried out.

Headhunters should be anxious to play the role of reliable and trusted partners. They should attach great importance to providing candidates with constructive feedback, informing them on an ongoing basis about the status of ongoing projects, and building a friendly, but also professional atmosphere during recruitment meetings. That is why the headhunting company Carpenter Consulting conducted a short survey in the form of a questionnaire, the results of which allowed us to get to know the candidates’ opinions on the quality of their work, and look at their activities more broadly and meet the expectations of the candidates.
