Admission to IMSA Search in 2010 was a great success for us. From the beginning of the company’s existence, we have strived to build a global reach that will allow us to implement projects outside our country. Including us in the ranks of the organization was a confirmation of the high quality of services provided and allowed us to achieve this goal.
Being appointed the President of the organization is a great distinction, not only for me but also for Poland, which our company represents in IMSA Search. It is a recognition of my work on the Management Board and the experience I have built up over the years. The new function will allow me to be even more active in the ranks of the IMSA, coordinating its further development.
Monika Ciesielska is an expert in the recruitment and assessment of management competencies. She is the president of Carpenter Consulting, which she founded in 2005. The company took 2nd place among Executive Search companies in Poland twice, in 2013 and 2015, in the “The Book of Lists” ranking published by the Warsaw Business Journal.
