Values are created by people, which means we create values. I have a very strong backbone of values and a moral backbone, which also shapes the values in the company. We are a company that provides very special services, because it is health, which means we focus on human well-being. The well-being of this person and the feeling of good health is our key. All our activities are primarily related to care, commitment, and courage in making certain decisions. So they are very close to people, very full of humanism, care for the other person. And these are also certain values that are also in me. Caring for the other person, respecting them, giving them a sense of meaning in what they do, which means giving them a lot of independence, building responsibility, so that they, an employee in the company, feel responsible for specific things, so that they do not feel like a reproducer, but a creator.
