Why should HR be interested in leadership?

Leadership plays a key role in defining the driving force of an organization. As an HR representative, I strongly believe that our role goes far beyond recruitment and administration — we are architects of organizational culture and promoters of developing leaders in the company. Why it is worth it for us to engage more in the topic of leadership:

📌 Creating a strong organizational culture: HR actively supports leaders in building an environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.

📌 Talent development: By developing the competences of leaders, we invest in the future of the organization. Leaders not only inspire their teams, but also become mentors who attract and retain the best talent.

📌 Change management: In a business characterized by huge volatility, leaders are key players in the transformation process. By supporting their development, we help the company better adapt to new challenges.

📌 Enhancing employee engagement: Employees want to work with leaders who have a vision and can inspire. HR people have an impact on who takes on key leadership positions.

That’s why I’m passionate about recording my podcast “Top Leaders Club” to inspire both managers and HR representatives to engage in leadership development in their organizations.
