For nearly 20 years, I have been refining my skills in HR work alongside leaders at various levels of management. As President of IMSA Search Global Partners, an international executive search organization, I implemented best recruitment practices across 30 markets worldwide. Today, I hold a dual role as HR Director (on-site/interim), building a strategic approach to HR and developing HR processes, and recruiting leaders on behalf of companies.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
For nearly 20 years I have been an entrepreneur at Carpenter Consulting, advising Boards on building HR strategies and delivering top talent at the middle and senior management levels. My clients are located all over Europe. Most of them are international corporations. After taking up the position of President of IMSA Search Global Partners I became the leader of a truly global team of professionals responsible for finding the best talent in the world. I held this role for three terms, so far the only woman in this position.
Over time, my professional desire to build a strategic HR approach internally and optimize HR processes became a reality. Today I hold the dual role of HR Director (on-site / interim) and Executive Recruiter on behalf of companies.
In addition, I am the Chairman of the Board at Elevato Software, an innovative platform designed to manage HR processes including recruitment, employee assessment and development, talent management.
PRIVATELY
Privately, I am a girl from the seaside. I try to visit my family home regularly because I love the sound of the waves and walk by the sea regardless of the season. I collect contemporary art. There are no more free walls in my apartment for more pieces of art.
My favorite thing to do is horse riding and I am happiest when I can do this together with my daughter Zosia. We have two horses, Lemon and Marathon, who give us a lot of horse cuteness. Apart from horseback riding, accompanied by my loving husband - Piotr, we swim, bike, and mountain hike. We read a lot and are huge fans of Narnia and Harry Potter. Our family includes also Czarek, who is an extraordinary cat, that was adopted from a shelter, and a Scottish sheepdog - Nico.
