Marketing and Management graduate from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as Finance from the University of Gdansk. An expert within assessing competence of managers and top level executives. Adviser to the boards in the field of human resources management.

Founder and co-owner at Carpenter Consulting. For over 15 years Monika recruits managers, executives and board members, mainly related to sales, online and offline marketing, IT, law, manufacturing, PR / communication and purchasing, while cooperating with companies representing each industry, international corporations and large Polish accounts. Since 2017, president at IMSA Search Global Partners,  executive search network having almost 50 offices around the world. Additionally, Monika holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Elevato Software, innovative platform designed for managing HR processes i.e. recruitment, employees’ evaluations and development, talent management.

She holds a number of press releases in a business titles, such as: Forbes, Newsweek, Puls Biznesu, Personnel and Management, Personnel Plus. Monika is a collector of contemporary art, a passionate horse rider and since recently, a fan of aviation. But above all, she is a mum of a baby girl – Sophie.
